i can't believe how fast jake is growing!! he is such a good baby and he smiles at every person he meets. he weighs 16 1/2 pounds and is 25 1/4 inches long (according to our scale and a tape measure...lol). here are some of the things that jake has been doing lately ::
he loves bath time
he gets really excited when we put him in his car seat
he went swimming for the first time
he started eating solid foods (green beans, squash, carrots, prunes, pears...so far)
he knows to put his bottle in his mouth
wears his 3-6 month clothes
wears size 2 diapers
he loves to squeal and blow bubbles
he laughs all the time
he can sit up all my himself
he can roll on his sides (we're working on rolling over)
he puts everything in his mouth (teething already)
half the time he fights sleep and the other half he goes right to sleep
he loves to read books
he can stand up with our support
AND the best thing of all...he sleeps through the night!!!!
