who doesn't love christmas time? i think it's the absolute best time of the year!! jake certainly loved decorating his gingerbread train from his grandma robin. he had a hard time understanding that we used the candy for decorations, not to eat.
jake got his own christmas tree to decorate in his new bedroom. he picked out his own ornaments too. (superheros, snowmen, buzz lightyear, transformers, santas, sesame street characters, etc). he even closed his door and wanted to do it all by himself. *tear*

the last time we had a family picture like this was when i was pregnant with jake ....2009. this is the first time since then that we were all at a family christmas. you see, my cousin brian is a musician and he travels and can't always make it. so this christmas was special to have everyone there.

we had a wonderful christmas with our friends and family and hope you did too! the best present that josh and i received was of course, our NEW HOUSE!!!!!!!! (pictures to come once we get it decorated a little bit)
