today started off with a wonderful breakfast prepared by the men's sunday school class at our church. then i actually got the chance to go to sunday school (for the first time in about 3 months...separation anxiety...need i say more?). after that we went to our worship service. the praise team led us in a powerful worship song "in Christ alone" which had a powerful message in itself. i am so thankful for my Lord, Jesus Christ, going to the cross and dying for my sins. but it's even more awesome that He rose up from the grave and is alive today! what a wonderful morning of absolute worship to our sweet Savior. after church we came back home to pack a few bags for jake and a change of clothes for ourselves. then off to grandma betsy's house we went. the food was delicious, as usual. everyone chit-chatted, as usual. and lots of pictures were taken, as usual. so here are a few pictures that we took today. i hope you and your family had a wonderful easter as well!!!
